Overseas (IGO) was able to go into a partnership with Emaar
Properties of the UEA in a massive real estate project in
Syria, namely the “The 8th Gate Project”. The cost of the
Project is estimated at almost 1.5 Billion US Dollar. Today
the 8th Gate Project is a monument in the Syrian Market.
IGO become the
Mecca for real estate development projects in the Syrian
Market. Presently IGO has two other residential real estate
development projects in Damascus; the Murooj Valley & Nobles
101 with estimated cost of 350 Million US Dollars. |
