M.A.G. Contracting Co. (L.L.C.) as part of Moafaq Al Gaddah (MAG) Group of Companies was established in 2006 with the idea of having an in-house highly professional contractor as an essential need to gratify the demand of executing MAG Group Property Development Department's projects within time, reasonable budget and most importantly, to implement and maintain the high quality standards of our prestigious projects as well as to work for others as expected in the future and abroad.

M.A.G. Contracting comprises of well experienced and highly qualified staff with many years of local and international exposure and involvement in the contracting business who are firmly committed to exert all means and resources in order to fulfill MAG Group's commitment to excel as a leader in the contracting industry.

M.A.G. Contracting was formed with sufficient capital to meet the above causes of credibility and standards relying on MAG Group's financial capability.

M.A.G. Contracting is currently classified as Class A and licensed by Dubai Municipality to construct projects with unlimited number of floors and furthermore granted special approval from Sharjah Municipality to build a 36 storeyed offices building in Sharjah.

Current projects in hand include MAG218 Tower in Dubai Marina, MAG228A & MAG228B in International City – Phase 3, MAG Furnished Apartments in Mankhool, MAG226 in Jumeirah Village and MAG222 in Al Khan Lake Sharjah.

Future possible projects include the MATEX Tower in Business Bay and MAG220 Tower in City of Arabia – Dubailand.
